Rokid
Developed an AR glasses application for agricultural field workers using Rokid CXR-M SDK and Android Studio. The system pairs with a companion phone app, allowing farmers to access task lists, weather forecasts, agricultural AI assistant, and field data through their phone — synced to the AR headset for hands-free viewing. Live HUD overlays soil pH, zone boundaries, and restoration status directly in field of view.

Process
Built the application in Android Studio using Rokid's CXR-M SDK for glass-phone tethering. Designed the companion phone UI with task management, weather data, and AI assistant modules. Developed the AR HUD layer displaying real-time IoT sensor data — core zone pH, edge zone litter coverage, and weather overlays. Integrated with the Linchong Digital Twin system to pull live zone markers and soil metrics into the AR field of view. Tested with Rokid glasses connected via Twin Link protocol.



Outcome
Functional AR application with companion phone app, live weather and zone/AR HUD data overlay, agricultural AI assistant, and real-time soil pH monitoring. Farmers can view restoration status hands-free while working in the field. Built with Android Studio, Rokid CXR-M SDK, and Twin Link glass-phone pairing.
