Shenzhen Art Design Fair
Work Overview: Lead visual designer for Youthinspire's participation in UNFOLD 2025 Shenzhen Art Design Fair — a multi-day art and design festival held at Sea World Culture and Arts Center, Nanshan District, one of Shenzhen's most prominent cultural landmarks designed by Pritzker Prize laureate Fumihiko Maki. Inspired by the return of Chinese white dolphins to Shenzhen Bay in 2021, the exhibition theme centers on flow, perception, and resonance — with dolphins as a metaphor for creators who gather by the sea, communicating through shared frequencies. Designed the exhibition poster, artist fridge magnets, and canvas tote bags for a show featuring 20+ global artists and designers.

Process
The creative direction drew from the poetic parallel between dolphins — social creatures that communicate through sound and protect one another — and the gathering of international creators along Shenzhen's coastline. Each participating artist contributed an original dolphin illustration in their own style, which was then produced as collectible acrylic fridge magnets. The poster composites all artist contributions into a single visual, anchored by the Youthinspire "嘢" logo. Extended the identity onto canvas tote bags as exhibition merchandise.
